Volakas White has various types from different quarries, most have milky white background and with some grey&purple diagonals running through, but some have random veinings. 1. Different Quarries

Volakas Marble has many different quarries, here we show you some types for reference as below:

A. Volakas Marble-(Classic):

This type Volakas has good oiliness and texture, whiter background and grayish-black veinings, some may have waterline along the veins.

B. Volakas Marble-(Dionyso):

This type of marble nears the Ariston stone quarry, which has good oiliness and milky white background, there are some crystal spots on the surface.

C. Volakas Marble-(Spider):

This Volakas Spider Marble has not that good oiliness compared to the Classic Quarry &Dionyso Quarry, which has a white with yellow background and brown diagonals, some may have yellow line, waterline and crystal spots.

2. How to maintain the Volakas Marble:

Volakas Marble has a higher water absorption as its texture is relatively loose and soft, easy to get dirt and become deformed, then how to maintain it when using in the floors&walls, here are some tips as below:

A. Volakas Marble is a kind of white marble, easily to be polluted when used in the floors, it would be corroded by the alkali in the cement, so it is better to add the antifouling in the stone backside, and also do water-proofing when decorated.

B. It is better not to cut the Volakas Marble into too big size tiles, as it is easy to be reform, especially for the curved stairs, better to install it after processing as soon as possible.

C. Cleaning the dust and sand particles by the frequently when used in the floors, can be used with the non-oily electrostatic dust cleaners, and it is also good with neutral stone surface cleaners.
